Micro-management can be a common complaint among employees. You may feel as though your boss is constantly looking over your shoulder and you may even feel as though you just can’t get anything done. If you want to try and appease someone who is constantly micro-managing you, then you need to try and provide detailed notes on every single meeting or call. You need to try and give them the illusion that you are on top of everything and that you are in complete control as well.  When you are able to do this, you can then begin to work much more efficiently.

Constantly Criticising

Any decent boss will pull you to one side if they have a problem. If your boss is telling you off in front of everyone then this is a sign that they are not the right boss for you. One way for you to try and get around this would be for you to ask your boss to speak to you in private. You can also try and get other employees involved as well, if they feel the same way. If this fails, escalate the issue to their supervisor.

Not Paying Properly
