Sidestep the Drama

It’s so important that you don’t engage in drama and that you stay away from disagreements too. This will help your colleagues and it will also help you to remain positive too. If you do feel as though an argument is brewing then take a breath, step back and proceed with dealing with it when you have a clear mind.


Get Help

There is nothing wrong with needing help. If you know that there is something not quite right or if someone is out of line, then make sure that you report it and that you act on it immediately. This will help you to demonstrate that you work well under pressure and that you are willing to look out for the good of your team overall.
